Vegetarian Korma Curry

Vegetarian Korma Curry is a traditional Indian dish that blends a variety of spices and flavors to create a creamy and flavorful curry. This dish is typically made with a combination of vegan ingredients such as potatoes, cauliflower, peas, and cashews, and is cooked in a rich, flavorful sauce made from coconut milk, garlic, ginger, and spices. The end result is a mild and aromatic curry that pairs perfectly with rice or naan bread.
