Bangladeshi Biryani

- 1 teaspoon garam masala

- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 2 cups diced potatoes
- 2 cups diced carrots
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 (14.5-ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 cup plain yogurt
Directions

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onions and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the garlic, ginger, cumin, coriander, turmeric, garam masala, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
