Korean Bulgogi
Korean Bulgogi is a type of grilled meat dish that is popular in Korean cuisine. Ingredients (2 Persons)
- 1 lb thinly sliced beef sirloin or rib eye
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Directions

Step 1
In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger and red pepper flakes.

Add the beef slices and marinate for 30 minutes.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the beef, reserving the marinade.

Cook the beef until browned and cooked through, about 5 minutes.

Add the reserved marinade to the skillet and cook for an additional 3 minutes, stirring to coat the beef.
