Spicy Salmon Roll Sushi

Ingredients (2 Persons)

  • 2 cups cooked sushi rice
  • 4 sheets nori
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 lb. salmon filet, thinly sliced

Directions

  • Step 1
    Combine the mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, and sesame oil in a small bowl and mix until combined.
  • Step 2
    Place a sheet of nori on a sushi mat and spread 1/2 cup of cooked sushi rice over the nori in an even layer.
  • Step 3
    Spread a thin layer of the spicy mayonnaise over the rice.
  • Step 4
    Lay the salmon slices over the mayonnaise in an even layer.
  • Step 5
    Starting at the end closest to you, roll the sushi up tightly using the mat. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
