Chinese Fried Rice

Ingredients (2 Persons)

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 cups cooked white rice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil

Directions

  • Step 1
    Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the eggs and scramble until cooked through, about 1-2 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Add the onion, carrots, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir to combine. Cook for 3-4 minutes, until the rice is heated through.
  • Step 4
    Stir in the soy sauce and sesame oil. Cook for 1-2 minutes, until the sauce is absorbed and the flavors have melded together.
