Stir-Fried Vegetables with Coconut Rice

Ingredients (2 Persons)

  • 1 cup uncooked jasmine rice
  • 1 cup light coconut milk

  • 2 bell peppers, diced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Directions

  • Step 1
