Filipino Lumpia
Filipino Lumpia is a popular Filipino dish that originated in the Philippines. It is a type of egg roll filled with a variety of ingredients, such as pork, shrimp, vegetables, and spices. It is usually served as an appetizer or snack, but can also be served as a main course. Lumpia is typically fried, but can also be served steamed or boiled. Lumpia is often served with a dipping sauce, such as sweet and sour sauce or a spicy sauce.
Ingredients (2 Persons)
- 8 ounces ground pork
- 4 ounces shrimp, chopped
- 1/4 cup carrots, diced
- 1/4 cup onion, diced
