Salmon Avocado Roll Sushi

Ingredients (2 Persons)

  • 4 ounces cooked salmon, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 ripe avocado, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup cooked white rice
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise

Directions

  • Step 1
    Lay a sheet of nori on a cutting board. Spread the white rice evenly over the sheet of nori, leaving a 1-inch border on the top and bottom.

    Place the salmon and avocado slices in the center of the nori sheet. Sprinkle the sesame seeds over the salmon and avocado.

    Roll the sushi roll tightly, using the cutting board to help guide the roll. Use a sharp knife to cut the sushi roll into 8 equal pieces.

    Serve the sushi rolls with soy sauce and wasabi, if desired.
