Vegan Sushi Nori Wraps

Vegan Sushi Nori Wraps are a delicious and healthy way to enjoy sushi without having to eat fish or other animal products. These wraps are made using nori seaweed sheets, which are rich in vitamins and minerals, and filled with fresh vegetables and vegan ingredients. They are easy to make, require minimal preparation, and are a great way to satisfy sushi cravings. The wraps are also a great way to add a unique twist to your vegan menu.

Ingredients (2 Persons)

  • 2 cups cooked sushi rice
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 4 sheets of nori seaweed
  • 1/4 cup prepared sushi vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds

Directions

  • Step 1
Prepare the sushi rice according to the package directions. Once the rice is cooked, add the prepared sushi vinegar and mix until combined.
  • Step 2
Lay a sheet of nori seaweed on a cutting board and spread 1/2 cup of the sushi rice over the nori, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
  • Step 3
Arrange a few slices of avocado and cucumber across the middle of the nori. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  • Step 4
To roll the sushi, start at the bottom edge and roll up tightly, making sure the edges stay tucked in. Repeat with the remaining nori sheets and ingredients.
