Vietnamese Caramel Pork with Rice

- 1/4 cup fish sauce
- 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger
- 2 tablespoons minced shallots
- 2 tablespoons minced lemongrass
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
- 2 cups cooked white rice

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork cubes and season with the salt. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the pork is golden brown and cooked through, about 10 minutes.
