Unagi Don Sushi

Ingredients (2 Persons)

  • 4 cups cooked sushi rice
  • 4 unagi fillets, grilled and cut into strips
  • 1 sheet nori, cut into 4 pieces
  • 4 tablespoons teriyaki sauce

Directions

  • Step 1
    Divide the cooked sushi rice evenly among four bowls.
  • Step 2
    Top each bowl of sushi rice with a grilled unagi fillet, cut into strips.
  • Step 3
    Place a piece of nori on top of each bowl.
  • Step 4
    Drizzle each bowl with 1 tablespoon of teriyaki sauce and serve.

Unagi Don Sushi is one of my favorite sushi dishes! The eel is cooked perfectly and the combination of the fish and sauce is amazing! Highly recommend!
