- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon sugar
