Korean Bulgogi Burger

Ingredients (2 Persons)
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 burger buns
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 4 slices tomato
- 4 slices onion
- 4 slices cheddar cheese

In a medium bowl, combine the ground beef, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, brown sugar, and black pepper.

Mix until all ingredients are combined. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Divide the beef mixture into 4 patties and cook in the skillet for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
