Ingredients (2 Persons)

  • 2 cups shredded green papaya

  • 1 tablespoon palm or brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1/2 cup roasted peanuts, chopped

Directions

  • Step 1
    In a large bowl, combine the shredded papaya, cherry tomatoes, and jicama.
  • Step 2
    In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, fish sauce, sugar, and chili flakes until the sugar has dissolved.
  • Step 3
    Pour the dressing over the papaya mixture and toss to coat. Sprinkle with the chopped peanuts and serve.
