Ginger-Garlic Chicken and Broccoli

  • 3 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Directions

  • Step 1
    Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes and cook for 1 minute.
  • Step 2
    Add the chicken cubes and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.

    Add the broccoli and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the broccoli is tender-crisp.
  • Step 4
    Stir in the soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil and cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce is thickened and the flavors have melded together.
