Teriyaki Salmon

Ingredients (2 Persons)

  • 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger

Directions

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (204 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Step 2
    In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
  • Step 3
    Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the salmon fillets with the teriyaki sauce.
  • Step 4
    Bake in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
