Naruto Roll Sushi

Naruto Roll Sushi is a type of sushi roll that originated in Japan. The roll is made with a thin sheet of seaweed called nori, which is then filled with sushi rice, fish, and other ingredients. The roll is named after the city of Naruto in Japan and is popular in many sushi restaurants around the world. Ingredients (2 Persons)

  • 4 sheets of nori
  • 2 cups of cooked sushi rice
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 3-4 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • Soy sauce
  • Wasabi (optional)

Directions

  • Step 1
    Lay one sheet of nori on a bamboo sushi rolling mat.
  • Step 2
    Spread one-quarter of the sushi rice evenly over the nori, making sure to leave a half-inch border on the top and bottom of the nori.
  • Step 3
    Lay the sliced avocado, cucumber, and grated carrot over the rice in the center of the nori.
  • Step 4
    Spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise over the avocado, cucumber, and carrot.
  • Step 5
    Fold one end of the sushi rolling mat over the ingredients and roll it up until it's tight.
  • Step 6
    Continue this process with the remaining sheets of nori and ingredients.
  • Step 7
    Cut the rolls into eight pieces with a sharp knife. Serve with soy sauce and wasabi, if desired.
