Chinese Five Spice Tofu

Ingredients (2 Persons)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon Chinese Five Spice powder
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 blocks extra-firm tofu, drained and cubed
Directions

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add the soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, Chinese Five Spice powder, and sesame oil to the skillet and stir to combine.

Add the tofu cubes to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the tofu is golden brown and crispy.
