Singapore Fried Hokkien Mee
Singapore Fried Hokkien Mee is a popular Singaporean dish consisting of noodles, seafood, pork, and vegetables stir-fried in a thick, dark sauce. The noodles used in this dish are usually thick yellow noodles (Hokkien noodles) which are stir-fried in a wok with pork, shrimp, squid, and vegetables. The sauce used is usually made from a combination of soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and oyster sauce, and is often flavored with garlic, ginger, and chili paste.
