Tempura Veggie Bowl
Tempura Veggie Bowl is a popular Japanese dish that consists of a bowl of steamed white rice topped with a variety of vegetables that have been lightly battered and fried in tempura batter. The vegetables are usually a mix of seasonal produce such as carrots, sweet potatoes, mushrooms, and onions, but can also include other items such as green beans, eggplant, or zucchini. The tempura batter is made from wheat flour, eggs, and a little bit of sugar and salt, giving the vegetables a crunchy and flavorful coating. The tempura veggie bowl is often served with a side of soba noodles or a light soy-based sauce.
