Spicy Korean-Style Pork
Spicy Korean-style pork is a popular dish in Korean cuisine. It is made by marinating pork in a spicy gochujang-based sauce and then grilling it or stir-frying it. It is typically served with rice, kimchi, and other side dishes. The flavor of the pork is savory, spicy, and slightly sweet, and it is often accompanied by a variety of vegetables, such as onion, peppers, mushrooms, carrots, and cabbage. The marinade can be adjusted to create different levels of spiciness, and the pork can be cooked in a variety of ways, including on the stovetop, in the oven, or even on the grill. It is a popular dish for family gatherings, parties, or just a simple meal.
