Ingredients (2 Persons)

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce

Directions

  • Step 1
    Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onion, bell pepper, carrots, and broccoli and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Add the peas, garlic, and soy sauce to the skillet and cook for an additional 3 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.
  • Step 3
    Serve hot.
