Chinese Steamed Buns
Chinese Steamed Buns, also known as Baozi, are a popular Chinese snack. They are made with a simple dough consisting of wheat flour, water, and yeast, and are filled with a variety of delicious fillings, such as pork, beef, chicken, mushrooms, and vegetables. Chinese Steamed Buns are steamed in a bamboo steamer basket, which helps to keep the buns soft and fluffy. They are typically served with a dipping sauce, such as soy sauce or chili oil. Chinese Steamed Buns are a popular snack in many parts of the world, and are often served as part of a traditional Chinese meal.
