Stir-Fried Noodles with Pork and Vegetables

- 1 pound ground pork
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 6 ounces noodles, cooked according to package directions

Step 1
Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the ground pork and cook until it is no longer pink, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks.

Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and white pepper to the skillet and stir to combine. Add the garlic, onion, bell pepper, carrot, and mushrooms and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.

Stir in the cilantro and cooked noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes, until the noodles are heated through. Serve immediately.
