Stir-Fried Broccoli & Mushrooms

  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Directions

  • Step 1
    Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and mushrooms and cook until the mushrooms are softened, about 5 minutes.

    Add the broccoli and cook for 3-4 minutes, until it is slightly tender.
  • Step 3
    Stir in the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and sugar and cook for 1-2 minutes, until the sauce has thickened.
  • Step 4
    Serve immediately.
