Spider Roll Sushi

Ingredients (2 Persons)

  • 4 sheets of nori
  • 4 cups cooked sushi rice
  • 1 avocado, sliced into strips
  • 1 cucumber, cut into thin strips
  • 1/2 carrot, cut into thin strips
  • 1 package imitation crab meat, cut into strips

Directions

  • Step 1
    Lay a sheet of nori on a sushi rolling mat.
  • Step 2
    Spread 1 cup of cooked sushi rice over the nori, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
  • Step 3
    Lay the avocado, cucumber, carrot, and imitation crab strips in a line down the center of the rice.
  • Step 4
    Roll the sushi using the sushi rolling mat.
  • Step 5
    Wet your fingers and moisten the edge of the nori to help seal the roll.
  • Step 6
    Repeat with the remaining ingredients to make 4 rolls.
