Spicy Thai Peanut Noodles

Ingredients (2 Persons)
- 8 ounces rice noodles
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Directions

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the rice noodles and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.

Drain the noodles and return them to the pot. Add the peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, chili garlic sauce, ginger, garlic powder, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
