Directions

  • Step 1
    In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.

    Add the beef strips to the bowl and stir to coat with the marinade.

    Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight to allow the flavors to meld.
