Ingredients (2 Persons)

  • 2 heads romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded red cabbage
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup shelled edamame
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions

  • Step 1
    In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, cabbage, bell pepper, edamame, almonds, cilantro, and sesame seeds. Toss to combine.
  • Step 2
    In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey, and garlic powder until combined.
  • Step 3
    Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  • Step 4
    Serve immediately.
