Singapore-Style Noodles

Ingredients (2 Persons)
- 1 pound thin rice noodles
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 2 large carrots, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
Directions

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the noodles and cook until just tender, about 5 minutes. Drain the noodles and set aside.
