Sesame-Ginger Chicken and Broccoli

Ingredients (2 Persons)

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons freshly grated ginger
  • 2 tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Directions

  • Step 1
    Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the vegetable oil and chicken and cook until the chicken is golden brown, about 4-5 minutes.
