Seaweed Salad with Sushi

Ingredients (2 Persons)

  • 2 ounces dried seaweed
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
  • 4 cups cooked sushi rice

Directions

  • Step 1
    Soak the dried seaweed in cold water for 15 minutes, then drain and squeeze out any excess water.

    In a small bowl, whisk together the rice vinegar, sugar, sesame oil, soy sauce, and toasted sesame seeds.
