Korean BBQ Beef

Ingredients (2 Persons)

  • 2 pounds flank steak or ribeye steak

  • 3 tablespoons sesame oil

  • 2 teaspoons freshly grated ginger

Directions

  • Step 1
    Trim any excess fat from the steak and cut it into thin strips.

    In a large bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.

    Add the steak strips to the bowl and mix until all the pieces are evenly coated in the marinade.

    Cover the bowl and let the steak marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight.

    Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak strips and the marinade to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes, or until the steak is cooked through.

    Serve the steak with steamed rice and your favorite side dishes.
