Ingredients (2 Persons)

  • 4 cups cooked sushi rice
  • 1/4 cup white miso paste
  • 4 sheets nori seaweed
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup cooked edamame beans
  • 1/2 cup diced carrots
  • 1/2 cup diced cucumber

Directions

  • Step 1
    Combine the miso paste and 1 cup of warm water in a small bowl and stir until the miso is dissolved.
  • Step 2
    Lay a sheet of nori seaweed on a sushi mat. Spread 1 cup of cooked sushi rice evenly over the nori, pressing it down lightly.
  • Step 3
    Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of toasted sesame seeds over the rice. Arrange a few edamame beans, carrots, and cucumber pieces on top of the sesame seeds.
  • Step 4
    Roll the sushi mat into a cylinder, pressing the ingredients firmly into the roll. Cut the roll into 8 pieces.
  • Step 5
    Repeat the process with the remaining ingredients to make 3 more sushi rolls.
