Kung Pao Chicken
Kung Pao Chicken is a popular Chinese dish that originated in the Sichuan province of China. It is a stir-fry dish made with chicken, peanuts, vegetables, and a spicy sauce. The sauce is a combination of soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, ginger, and chili peppers. It is commonly served with steamed or fried rice.
