Ingredients (2 Persons)

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Directions

  • Step 1
    In a large bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
  • Step 2
    Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and turn to coat. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight.

    Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.

    Remove the chicken from the marinade and place on the prepared baking sheet. Discard the marinade.
  • Step 5
    Bake the chicken for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through. Serve warm.
