Korean Spicy Pork
Korean Spicy Pork is a popular dish in Korean cuisine. It is made with pork marinated in a spicy sauce, usually a combination of gochujang (Korean chili paste), soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil, and sugar. The pork is then stir-fried with vegetables such as onions, bell peppers, carrots, and mushrooms. The dish is usually served with steamed white rice and is a great way to spice up a meal.
Ingredients (2 Persons)
- 2 pounds pork shoulder, cut into cubes
