Crispy Asian-Style Chicken Wings

Crispy Asian-Style Chicken Wings are a delicious and flavorful take on traditional chicken wings. These wings are marinated in a mixture of soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and other spices, then deep-fried until they are golden and crispy. Ingredients (2 Persons)

  • 3 pounds chicken wings
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Directions

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  • Step 2
    Place chicken wings in a large bowl. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Pour over chicken wings and toss to coat.
  • Step 3
    Arrange wings on prepared baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, flipping once halfway through cooking time.
  • Step 4
    Increase oven temperature to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Bake wings for an additional 15 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.
