Sesame-Ginger Chicken

Ingredients (2 Persons)

  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Directions

  • Step 1
    Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until it is golden and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Add the garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  • Step 3
    Stir in the soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and rice vinegar. Cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring continuously, until the sauce has thickened.
  • Step 4
    Remove the skillet from the heat and stir in the sesame seeds and green onions. Serve warm.
