  • 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green onion
  • 1/4 cup vegan mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha

Directions

  • Step 1
    Cook the sushi rice according to package instructions. Once the rice is cooked, transfer it to a large bowl and set aside to cool slightly.
