Korean BBQ Beef Tacos

Ingredients (2 Persons)

  • 2 pounds lean ground beef
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup sliced scallions
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds

Directions

  • Step 1
    In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, and ground ginger. Mix until the beef is evenly coated.
  • Step 2
    Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef and cook, breaking it up as it cooks, until it is no longer pink, about 5 minutes.

    Warm the tortillas according to package instructions. Divide the beef among the tortillas, then top with the scallions and sesame seeds.
  • Step 4
