Hoisin-Glazed Pork and Rice Bowls
Hoisin-Glazed Pork and Rice Bowls are a delicious and easy-to-make meal that combines the sweetness of hoisin sauce with the savory flavor of pork. Ingredients (2 Persons)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 pound boneless pork loin, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped scallions

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork cubes and cook until they are browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.

In a small bowl, combine the hoisin sauce, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and honey. Pour the mixture over the pork cubes and cook for another few minutes, until the pork is cooked through.

Divide the cooked white rice among 4 bowls. Top each bowl with the pork cubes and sauce, shredded carrots, and chopped scallions.
