Fish Tikka Masala Curry

Fish Tikka Masala Curry is a popular Indian dish made from fish marinated in a creamy, spicy sauce. The sauce has a combination of spices such as cumin, coriander, turmeric, and garam masala, which gives it a unique flavor. The fish is then cooked in a tomato-based sauce, which adds a rich and creamy texture. This dish can be served with rice or naan bread, making it a complete meal.

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 medium onion, diced
