Easy Asian-Style Slaw

Ingredients (2 Persons)

  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons freshly grated ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)

Directions

  • Step 1
    In a large bowl, combine the cabbage and carrot.
  • Step 2
    In a separate bowl, whisk together the rice vinegar, vegetable oil, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, ginger, and garlic.
  • Step 3
    Pour the dressing over the cabbage and carrot and toss to combine.

    Sprinkle with sesame seeds (if desired) and serve.
