Crab Stick Nigiri Sushi

Crab Stick nigiri sushi is a type of sushi that is made with cooked, imitation crab meat that has been shaped and pressed into a thin log. Ingredients (2 Persons)

  • 16 ounces cooked crab sticks, chopped
  • 4 cups cooked white sushi rice
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

  • Step 1
    In a small bowl, combine the rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Mix until the sugar and salt are dissolved.
  • Step 2
    In a large bowl, combine the cooked sushi rice and the vinegar mixture. Mix until the ingredients are evenly distributed.
  • Step 3
    Divide the sushi rice into 4 equal portions.
  • Step 4
    Take one portion of the sushi rice and spread it out on a flat surface. Place a handful of the chopped crab sticks on top of the rice.
  • Step 5
    Gently press the crab sticks into the sushi rice and form it into a rectangular shape. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
