Chicken Yakitori Skewers
Chicken Yakitori Skewers are a popular Japanese snack made with pieces of chicken, vegetables, and other ingredients that are threaded onto a skewer and then grilled. The skewers are usually seasoned with a sweet and savory teriyaki-style sauce, although other flavorings such as miso, garlic, and ginger are often used. The skewers can be served as an appetizer or as a main dish. The combination of smoky, charred chicken and sweet, salty sauce makes for an irresistible snack.
