Beef Kofta Curry

Beef Kofta Curry is a traditional Indian dish that is made by combining ground beef with spices and herbs, forming the mixture into meatballs, and then simmering them in a flavorful curry sauce. The dish is usually served with rice or naan bread, and can be either mild or spicy depending on how much of the spices are used. This often overlooked dish is a delicious and hearty way to enjoy beef, and can be a great alternative to more traditional curries.

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1/4 cup minced red onion
