Asian-Style Pulled Pork

Ingredients (2 Persons)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 pounds pork shoulder, cut into 2-inch cubes
- 1 large onion, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
