Vietnamese-Style Summer Rolls
Vietnamese-style summer rolls are a light and refreshing dish that is perfect for hot summer days. They are made with thin rice paper wrappers filled with a variety of fillings such as shrimp, pork, vermicelli noodles, herbs, and vegetables. The rolls are then rolled up and served cold with a dipping sauce. The combination of the fresh ingredients and the lightness of the wrapper make these rolls a popular snack or appetizer. They are also vegan-friendly, making them a great option for a variety of diets. Vietnamese-style summer rolls are a great way to enjoy the flavors of Southeast Asia without the heavy, greasy feel of traditional fried dishes.
