- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
