Ingredients (2 Persons)

  • 1 pound crab meat
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce

  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 2 stalks celery, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Directions

  • Step 1
    In a large pot, heat the chicken broth over medium-high heat.
  • Step 2
    Add the crab meat, fish sauce, rice wine vinegar, sugar, garlic, chili paste, and ginger. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  • Step 3
    Reduce the heat to low and add the carrots, celery, bell pepper, cilantro, basil, and lime juice. Simmer for 10-15 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.
  • Step 4
    Serve the soup hot and enjoy!
